Things you love/hate about Santiago

I love and hate things about this city. The things I love of Santiago is the different places are visit and enjoy in vacations, for example Santiago concentrate a lot of museum's and gallery of art, also our visit parks with friends or ours family.
The things I hate of Santiago is the transport because it is very slow and the distances are very long, besides the transport are noise and this contribute to contamination auditory. Other things I hate of this city is what in Summer the heat is unbearable, and in this moment I wish go to beach.
